Request an invoice

Do you need an invoice for your order, for example for your accounts or your employer?


How to request an invoice


  1. Contact support via chat or email.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Would you like the invoice in a company name? Then please send us the company name, address and, if applicable, the VAT number.
  4. We will send the invoice to you by email.


Ordered via Amazon?


Did you buy your lock on Amazon? Then request the invoice via your order in your Amazon account.
