Emergency code

The emergency code is a pressing sequence you perform on the lock button to open it. You can set and change the emergency code in the app.


When to use the emergency code
  • Your phone is empty.
  • You don't have access to your phone.


How to enter the emergency code on the lock
  1. Make sure your lock is closed.
  2. Make sure your lock is not connected to the app.
  3. Press and hold the lock button.
  4. Four colors will appear in sequence - one for each digit.
  5. For the first color (red), press the lock button as many times as the first digit of your emergency code. E.g. press it 2 times if the first digit of your emergency code is 2.
  6. Repeat step 5. for the other colors.


Tip: you can cancel the emergency code by holding the lock button


Note: the colors are always displayed in the same order. So you only need to remember your PIN code. The colors are just there to show you which digit you are entering.


An example

Suppose your emergency code is: 2132

  1. For red press 2 times
  2. For green press 1 time
  3. For blue press 3 times
  4. For orange press 2 times


How to change the emergency code
  1. Open your app.
  2. Press on the menu button in the top right of the home screen.
  3. Press on "Lock settings".
  4. Press on "Change emergency code". Note that you should be connected to your lock.
  5. Follow the instructions on your screen.
