Green light shows, but the lock does not open

When the lock button turns green, the lock is opening. If you pull too early or too hard, the opening mechanism will get blocked and not open. This is an intentional safety feature.

How to fix it

1. Check if there is no tension on the lock chain.
2. Wait a few seconds to let the motor reset. If you listen closely you can hear it reset.
3. Press the lock button again until it turns green.
4. Pull the chain gently. Do not pull hard or twist.
