Lock is unresponsive

When your lock is unresponsive, in most cases the battery is empty. In this article you can see how to check if the battery is empty, how to get the lock working again, and when to contact support.

Most likely cause

When the battery is completely empty, the lock will not respond to button presses and will not accept connections.

Checks to see if the battery is empty
  • Hold the lock button. If the lock does not open and the emergency code does not start, the battery is most likely empty.
  • Open the app. If the lock does not connect, the battery is most likely empty.

How to fix it
  1. Charge the lock with the supplied cable.
  2. Let it charge for a few minutes.
  3. Open the app. The lock should make a connection automatically

Note: full charge from 0 to 100 percent takes about 2 hours.
