Specifications

• On average a full battery lasts for 9 months.
• Charge time from 0 to 100 percent is about 2 hours.
• You can charge the battery using the included charging cable, which attaches magnetically to the bottom of the lock.

Where to see battery percentage in the app

1. Open the app.
2. You can now see your battery percentage on the home screen below the lock.

How to know if your battery needs charging

• When your battery percentage is below 20%, the lock button will flash orange three times before turning green when opening.
• Watch for in-app notifications that recommend charging.

How to know the lock is charging

• While charging, the button on the lock flashes white.
• If the battery is completely empty, you can also charge the lock using your phone's charging cable, as long as it has a USB-C connector.
